Returns & Refund Policy
At CORAL & CO., we take great pride in the quality of our products. We understand that sometimes a piece might not be quite right, and we are happy to help you find an alternative.
1. Change of Mind Returns
We offer exchanges or store credit for change of mind returns within 14 days of your order delivery date.
- No Refunds: We do not offer financial refunds for change of mind. You will receive a store credit to be used on a future purchase.
- Sale Items: Any products in one of our sales or marked as 'FINAL SALE' are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit for change of mind.
2. Return Requirements
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Merchandise must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, unstained, and unperfumed.
- All original tags must be attached.
- Handbags must be returned in their original dust bag and packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on hair accessories, hats, earrings, stockings, or intimates.
3. Faulty Items
Our team performs a meticulous inspection of every item before it is shipped. If you believe you have received a product with a manufacturing fault:
- Notification Window: You must contact us at hello@coralandcoevents.com with photographic evidence of the fault within 7 days of delivery.
- Assessment: Under Australian Consumer Law, if an item has a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.
- Resolution: If the item is deemed faulty and a replacement is unavailable (e.g., out of stock), we will issue a full refund or store credit.
- Exclusions: We are not responsible for damage caused by wear and tear, or mishandling of the product after the 7-day reporting window has passed.
4. Shipping & Processing
- Return Shipping: The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.
- Original Shipping: Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be included in your store credit.
- Processing Time: Returns are typically processed within 7 business days of receipt. During peak holiday periods, please allow for slight delays.
5. Store Credit
- Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
- It is non-transferable and can only be used at coralandcoshop.comau.
- Store credit is issued in the original currency of purchase.
- Use of store credit constitutes agreement to our full Terms & Conditions.
